mixed experience with some issues
slow service limited vegetarian options
the breakfast was acceptable, with a decent variety of options available each morning.
The pool bar service was very slow. I waited over 20 minutes for a simple drink, though there weren't many other people ordering. the evening buffet wasn't good. The food was often cold and lacked flavor. There were very few vegetarian options. also, the hotel is quite isolated, so you need a car to get to any nearby shops or restaurants.

The grounds featured a beautiful garden! i loved the clean rooms. the breakfast was fabulous, it offered a wide selection. the staff was so friendly. Their excellent service.

the grounds had an air of calm. rooms felt clean, sharp and modern. we found attention to detail at the hotel. the pool area seemed lovely.

The resort features well-kept areas and convenient parking. i was upgraded to a large two-bedroom villa, providing ample space for my family. the beds were super comfortable, and the villa came fully equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. breakfast included fresh orange juice every day. The pastry variety was AMAZING!!!
The gym had limited equipment. The cardio machine was out of service. it wasn't a major issue for me, but i hope they can update it .

the hotel includes a saltwater pool and a smaller kids' pool. landscaping is well cared for, and it adds to the beauty of the location. there is also free parking available for all guests.

the staff at this hotel provides really good service from arrival to departure. the breakfast staff at the pool bar are especially friendly and helpful every day. there is a shuttle service available for easy access to nearby resorts.

my villa included three bathrooms, effective air conditioning, and useful mosquito nets. a full kitchen was available with all necessary appliances and cookware. the beds were nice, ensuring a restful night's sleep every night.

closed restaurant dirty sunloungers
The hotel boasts a beautiful setting, a feature I did appreciate.
I encountered several issues. The advertised on-site restaurant was closed, SUCH a disappointment. The pool area needed better upkeep. The sun loungers were visibly dirty.

The gym had some decent equipment for a quick workout session.
The evening buffet was not great quality. The food seemed like leftovers and I was quite disappointed. Also the pool area could use some upgrades as the sun loungers were dirty and the shadesails looked quite old.

the grounds feature calm and tranquility with clean, modern rooms. the pool area and pool bar staff are lovely. i found good value for money with the super comfortable room that had a balcony. i liked the breakfast variety and convenient location.
